The Food Safety Program is based on the FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and underlying HACCP principles, and is constantly updated based on new food safety developments and regulations.
At McDaniel Fruit Company, we carefully manage general sanitation procedures, facility and equipment cleaning, pest control, shipping vehicle inspections and trace back procedures.  We also utilize employee hygiene practices and conduct food safety training to keep our team at the forefront of the food safety movement.
