McDaniel Fruit Company complies with the strictest of FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practices in Manufacturing, Packing and Holding Human Food (CFR 21 Pt. 110). We regularly conduct self-audits that are performed within the facility to determine the efficiency and efficacy of the Food Safety Program. Holding internal food safety meetings and conducting ongoing training is an important part of who we are –committed to the very best.
In addition to our own food audits we employ––a third-party testing lab––to conduct periodic independent audits of our facility to verify our compliance with food safety requirements.
